THE PIECES

What is Summoned x Saints?

Summoned x Saints is an independent gothic home décor studio creating sculptural pieces inspired by gothic architecture, cathedral ornamentation, dark academia, Victorian design, memento mori, and the romantic macabre.

Our collections are designed to transform overlooked spaces into something darker, stranger, and more intentional.

How are your pieces made?

Most of our pieces are created using high-detail 3D printing, followed by cleanup, inspection, and hand-finishing when applicable.

Unlike mass-produced décor, many Summoned x Saints pieces are produced in small batches or made specifically for your order.

What material are your products made from?

Materials may vary depending on the design and intended use of the piece. Most of our 3D printed décor is produced using high-quality filament-based materials.

Please refer to the individual product listing for material information specific to your piece.

Will my piece look exactly like the photos?

We work to keep every piece consistent with the product shown, but small variations are part of the manufacturing and hand-finishing process.

Minor layer lines, surface variations, coloration differences, antiquing patterns, and other small characteristics may occur. Hand-painted and aged finishes are intentionally individual, meaning no two pieces will be completely identical.

These characteristics are part of the nature of small-batch 3D printed and hand-finished artwork and are not considered defects.

ORDERS & PRODUCTION

Are your products made to order?

Many of them are.

Instead of maintaining large inventories of mass-produced décor, we create many Summoned x Saints pieces after an order is placed. This allows us to offer a wider collection of designs, sizes, and finishes while keeping production intentionally small.

How long does it take to make my order?

Production times vary depending on the size, complexity, finish, and number of pieces in your order.

The estimated processing time shown on the product listing refers to the time required to create and prepare your order and does not include shipping transit time.

During holidays, new collection releases, sales, or periods of unusually high demand, processing may take longer.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

Because many pieces are made to order, we cannot guarantee cancellations or modifications once production has begun.

Do you accept custom orders?

Custom work may be available depending on our current production schedule and the scope of the project.

This can include modifications to existing designs, alternative finishes, sizing requests, and select original projects.

Contact us with as much information as possible about what you have in mind, including approximate dimensions, intended use, and reference images when applicable.

FINISHES & COLOR

Are your pieces hand-painted?

Many of our specialty finishes are applied by hand.

Antiqued, weathered, metallic, bone, aged, and similar finishes are created individually, so variations between pieces should be expected. These differences are part of what makes each finished piece unique.

Can I request a different color or finish?

Depending on the product, we may be able to accommodate alternative colors or custom finishes.

Contact us before ordering if you have something specific in mind. Additional charges and production time may apply to custom work.

SHIPPING

When will my order ship?

Your order will ship after production, finishing, quality inspection, and packaging are complete.

Processing estimates are provided on individual listings. Processing time and shipping time are separate.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

Why does my tracking say “Pre-Shipment” or “Label Created”?

Shipping labels may be generated while an order is undergoing its final packaging and fulfillment steps.

Tracking will normally update after the carrier receives and scans the package. Carrier scans can occasionally take additional time to appear.

My package says delivered, but I don't have it. What should I do?

First, check your mailbox, parcel locker, porch, side entrances, household members, neighbors, and building management where applicable.

Carriers may occasionally mark packages delivered shortly before final delivery.

If the package remains missing, contact the shipping carrier and reach out to us with your order information. We will assist where reasonably possible with tracking details or documentation.

Summoned x Saints cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages confirmed by the shipping carrier as successfully delivered.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

The damaged product
The shipping box or mailer
The interior packaging
Any visible exterior damage to the package

Please keep the product and all original packaging until the issue has been resolved, as the carrier may require these materials during a claim.

We will review the situation and determine the appropriate resolution.

DISPLAY & INSTALLATION

Is mounting hardware included?

Mounting methods vary by product. Please check the individual listing to determine whether mounting hardware is included or recommended.

Because wall materials and installation conditions differ, customers are responsible for selecting mounting hardware appropriate for their specific wall and the weight of the product.

Can I display my piece outdoors?

Unless a listing specifically states that a product is designed for exterior use, our décor should be considered indoor use only.

Heat, direct sunlight, moisture, freezing temperatures, and prolonged exposure to weather can damage or deform certain 3D printed materials and finishes.

Can I put my 3D printed décor near a fireplace or heater?

We do not recommend it.

3D printed materials can soften or deform when exposed to excessive temperatures. Keep pieces away from fireplaces, heaters, stovetops, radiators, high-temperature lighting, and other significant heat sources.

CANDLES & OPEN FLAMES

Can I use real candles with your candle holders or candelabras?

No. Unless a product listing specifically states otherwise, our standard candle-related décor is designed for LED/flameless candles only.

The standard 3D printed material is not intended for exposure to open flames or the high temperatures generated by traditional candles.

Using a real candle or other open flame with a product intended for LED candles may result in melting, warping, fire, property damage, or personal injury.

Use of real flames with products not specifically rated for them is at the customer's own risk. Summoned x Saints is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from improper use, exposure to excessive heat, or the use of real flames with products intended for LED/flameless candles.

CARE

How should I clean my piece?

For routine cleaning, gently dust your piece with a soft, dry cloth, microfiber cloth, or soft detailing brush.

Avoid abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals, solvents, excessive moisture, or prolonged soaking unless the individual product instructions specifically state otherwise.

Hand-painted and antiqued finishes should be treated with additional care.

Can 3D printed products melt?

Like many plastics, 3D printed materials can deform when exposed to sufficiently high temperatures.

Do not leave your décor near open flames, high-output heat sources, or other environments where excessive temperatures may occur.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Do you accept returns?

Return eligibility depends on the type of product purchased and the circumstances of the order.

Made-to-order, personalized, modified, or custom-finished pieces may have different return restrictions than standard items.

What if I simply change my mind?

If production has not begun, additional options may be available. Once a made-to-order or customized piece has entered production, cancellation or return options may be limited.

DIGITAL FILES & 3D PRINTING

Do you sell STL files?

Select designs may be available digitally when specifically identified as an STL or digital product.

Purchasing a physical Summoned x Saints product does not include the STL, 3D model, source files, or rights to reproduce the design unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Can I reproduce or sell copies of your designs?

Purchasing a physical product does not transfer ownership of the underlying design or grant reproduction rights.

Summoned x Saints designs, digital models, artwork, photography, branding, and other original creative work may not be reproduced, redistributed, copied, digitally scanned, remolded, resold as digital files, or commercially manufactured without applicable permission or licensing.

Any licensing terms provided with a digital product take precedence for that specific purchase.
