Returns & Refunds Policy
Summoned x Saints
Every Summoned x Saints piece is created with care, inspected before leaving our hands, and packaged for its journey to you. Many of our products are made to order, 3D printed, and individually finished, so please review the following policy before purchasing.
Returns
We accept eligible returns when you contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Once a return has been approved, the item must be shipped back within 14 days of return authorization. Items returned without prior authorization may not be eligible for a refund.
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
Unused and unaltered
In its original condition
Free from damage caused after delivery
Returned with all included components, when applicable
Safely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping
Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Made-to-Order & Custom Products
Many Summoned x Saints pieces are produced specifically for each order. Standard made-to-order items may be eligible for return under the conditions above unless otherwise stated on the product listing.
Custom, personalized, modified, or specially commissioned products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from what was agreed upon.
This includes custom colors, finishes, sizing, personalization, design modifications, and commissioned pieces created specifically for the customer.
Cancellations
Because production may begin shortly after an order is placed, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
Orders that have not entered production may be eligible for cancellation and a full refund.
Once printing, fabrication, customization, hand-finishing, or other production work has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times after a refund is issued vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
We reserve the right to reduce or deny a refund when a returned product has been used, altered, improperly packaged, damaged after delivery, or returned in a condition substantially different from how it was originally received.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us promptly after delivery.
To help us evaluate the issue, please provide:
Your order number
Clear photos of the affected product
Photos showing the damaged or defective area
Photos of the shipping box or mailer if shipping damage is suspected
Photos of the internal packaging materials when applicable
Please keep the product and all original shipping materials until the issue has been resolved, as they may be required for a shipping claim.
Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, repair, refund, replacement component, or another appropriate resolution.
Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong product, size, color, finish, or variation due to an error by Summoned x Saints, please contact us with your order number and photos of what you received.
Once the issue has been verified, we will work with you to correct the order at no additional cost.
3D Printed Products
Due to the nature of additive manufacturing, 3D printed products may have subtle layer lines, seams, support marks, minor surface variations, or other characteristics associated with the printing process.
These characteristics are a natural part of 3D printing and are not considered defects when they do not affect the intended appearance, function, or structural integrity of the product.
Hand-Finished Products
Hand-painted, antiqued, weathered, distressed, and aged finishes are intentionally created with variation.
No two hand-finished pieces will be completely identical. Small differences in shading, highlights, weathering, brushwork, patina, texture, or placement of aged effects are part of the handmade character of the piece and are not considered defects.
Color Variations
We make every reasonable effort to represent product colors and finishes accurately. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, display settings, filament batches, materials, and the nature of hand-applied finishes.
Minor color variations are not considered defects.
Damage Caused by Improper Use
Summoned x Saints is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, modification, exposure to excessive heat, open flame, unsuitable environmental conditions, or use contrary to product instructions or safety notices.
Products designed for LED or flameless candles must not be used with real candles or open flames unless the individual product listing specifically states that the material is suitable for such use.
Damage caused by real flames, excessive heat, or use outside the product's intended purpose is not eligible for a refund or replacement.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is the result of an error by Summoned x Saints or an approved damaged/defective-item claim, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and packaging the item securely. Summoned x Saints is not responsible for return shipments that are lost or damaged while being sent back to us.
Exchanges
Because many of our products are made to order, we generally handle exchanges as a return followed by a new order.
If you ordered the wrong size, finish, or variation, contact us before returning the product. We will determine whether the item is eligible for return and explain the available options.
Custom and personalized products are not eligible for exchange unless there was an error on our part.
Final Sale Items
Products identified as Final Sale, clearance products, gift cards, digital products, downloadable files, custom commissions, personalized products, and other items specifically identified as non-returnable cannot be returned or exchanged except where required by law.
Digital Products & STL Files
Due to the immediate-access nature of digital products, digital downloads and STL files are non-refundable once they have been downloaded or accessed, except where required by applicable law.
If you experience a technical issue with a file purchased directly from Summoned x Saints, please contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to help resolve legitimate file-related issues.
Purchasing a digital file does not grant ownership of the underlying intellectual property or permission to redistribute, resell, share, sublicense, or otherwise distribute the digital file unless a separate commercial license explicitly permits it.
Questions or Return Requests
To request a return, report a damaged item, or ask about an order, please contact Summoned x Saints with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos when applicable.
Please do not return an item before contacting us and receiving return instructions.
We want every piece to arrive as intended and earn its place in your collection. When something goes wrong, we will make every reasonable effort to find a fair resolution.
