Welcome to Summoned x Saints. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, products, services, digital content, and purchases made through our online store.
By accessing our website, placing an order, purchasing a product, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
Throughout these Terms, “Summoned x Saints,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Summoned x Saints. “You,” “your,” and “customer” refer to the individual accessing our website or purchasing our products or services.
1. GENERAL TERMS
By using our website or purchasing from Summoned x Saints, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction or are using our services with the permission of a parent or legal guardian where required.
You may not use our products, website, designs, digital files, or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, limit quantities, or restrict access to our services when reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, unauthorized commercial activity, intellectual property infringement, or violation of these Terms.
2. PRODUCTS & PRODUCT INFORMATION
Summoned x Saints creates gothic home décor, sculptural artwork, 3D printed products, hand-finished pieces, digital designs, and related goods.
We make reasonable efforts to accurately represent our products through photographs, renderings, descriptions, dimensions, and other information. However, colors and appearance may vary depending on lighting, photography, display settings, manufacturing processes, and hand-finishing.
Dimensions listed for physical products are approximate unless explicitly stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to modify, improve, discontinue, or update products and designs at any time.
3. 3D PRINTED & HAND-FINISHED PRODUCTS
Many Summoned x Saints products are individually produced using additive manufacturing and may be finished by hand.
Small variations are inherent to these processes. These may include minor layer lines, seams, surface texture, support marks, slight dimensional variations, coloration differences, antiquing patterns, weathering, brushwork, and other characteristics associated with 3D printing or hand-finishing.
These characteristics are generally not considered manufacturing defects.
Hand-painted, antiqued, weathered, aged, bone, metallic, and similar finishes are individually applied. No two hand-finished pieces are guaranteed to be identical.
4. MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Many Summoned x Saints products are made specifically after an order is placed.
Production estimates are provided when possible but are not guaranteed completion or delivery dates. Complex products, custom work, large orders, equipment interruptions, material availability, holidays, or periods of high demand may affect production times.
Shipping transit time is separate from production and processing time.
By purchasing a made-to-order product, you acknowledge that production may begin before the product is eligible to ship and that cancellation options may become limited once production has begun.
5. PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are displayed in the currency indicated at checkout and are subject to change without notice.
Prices may be corrected if a product is accidentally listed with an obvious pricing, typographical, or technical error. If an error affects an order already placed, we may contact you before fulfillment to provide available options.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, customs duties, and other fees may be added as required.
Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.
6. ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Submitting an order does not necessarily constitute final acceptance by Summoned x Saints.
We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order when reasonably necessary, including because of:
Product or material unavailability
Incorrect pricing or listing information
Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment
Shipping restrictions
Production limitations
Violation of these Terms
Suspected unauthorized reproduction or resale of our designs
If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected and before fulfillment, the applicable amount will be refunded.
7. ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
If you need to modify or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.
Because many products are made to order, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after production has begun.
Custom, personalized, modified, and specially finished products may be subject to additional restrictions.
Our current Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy applies to eligible purchases and forms part of these Terms.
8. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing and carrier operations are outside the direct control of Summoned x Saints.
Estimated delivery dates are not guarantees.
Summoned x Saints is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs processing, natural disasters, incorrect customer-provided addresses, or other circumstances reasonably outside our control.

9. RETURNS, REFUNDS & DAMAGED PRODUCTS
Return and refund eligibility is governed by our current Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy.
Customers should inspect products after delivery and promptly contact us regarding qualifying damage or order issues.
For products damaged during shipping, we may require photographs of the product, shipping container, label, and packaging materials to evaluate the issue or submit a carrier claim.
Do not discard damaged products or packaging until the matter has been resolved.
10. PRODUCT USE & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are responsible for using, displaying, mounting, installing, and maintaining products appropriately.
Products should only be used for their stated or reasonably intended purpose.
Unless specifically identified otherwise, Summoned x Saints decorative products are intended primarily for indoor decorative use.
Customers are responsible for choosing appropriate mounting hardware and determining whether a wall, shelf, mounting surface, or other structure is capable of safely supporting a product.
Summoned x Saints is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, unsuitable mounting hardware, misuse, modification, neglect, excessive force, improper storage, or use inconsistent with supplied instructions or warnings.
11. HEAT, CANDLES & OPEN FLAMES
Unless a product is specifically identified as being designed and rated for use with real candles or open flames, Summoned x Saints candle-related décor is intended for LED/flameless candles only.
Standard 3D printed materials may soften, warp, melt, ignite, or otherwise become damaged when exposed to excessive heat or open flames.
Do not place products near open flames, fireplaces, heating elements, stovetops, high-temperature lighting, or other significant heat sources unless the product is specifically designed for that environment.
Use of real candles, open flames, or excessive heat with products not expressly designed for such use is at the customer's own risk.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Summoned x Saints is not responsible for melting, warping, discoloration, fire, property damage, personal injury, or other losses resulting from disregard of product warnings, misuse, or exposure to heat or open flames.
12. DECORATIVE USE
Unless expressly stated otherwise, our sculptures, plaques, planchettes, ritual-inspired objects, occult-inspired pieces, bones, skulls, religious imagery, and similar products are sold as decorative artwork.
Products should not be assumed to provide protective, spiritual, supernatural, medical, therapeutic, or other outcomes.
13. CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom work may be accepted at our discretion.
Pricing, production times, revision allowances, deposits, design ownership, and other requirements may differ from standard products and may be established before custom work begins.
Customers requesting custom work are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights to any logos, artwork, photographs, characters, designs, trademarks, or other materials they provide for reproduction or incorporation.
Submission of material to Summoned x Saints represents that you have sufficient permission to authorize its requested use.
We reserve the right to decline custom projects.
14. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & STL FILES
Certain Summoned x Saints designs may be offered as STL files, digital models, or other downloadable products.
Digital products are licensed, not sold as intellectual property.
Purchasing a digital product does not transfer copyright, design ownership, trademark rights, or other intellectual property rights to the customer.
Unless the specific product listing or accompanying license expressly grants additional rights, digital files are provided for personal use only.
You may not redistribute, share, upload, trade, sublicense, resell, or otherwise provide purchased digital files to another person or platform.
You may not sell, distribute, or commercially manufacture physical products created from our digital files unless the applicable product includes an express commercial license permitting that use.
Specific license terms accompanying a digital product take precedence over this general section where they differ.
15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, the original content associated with Summoned x Saints—including product designs, 3D models, STL files, sculptures, artwork, photographs, graphics, logos, branding, product names, written content, and other original creative material—is owned by or licensed to Summoned x Saints and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Purchasing a physical product does not grant permission to reproduce the underlying design.
Without applicable authorization, you may not reproduce, duplicate, digitally scan, 3D scan, mold, cast, reverse engineer for reproduction, distribute, sell, commercially manufacture, or create unauthorized copies of our original designs.
You may not purchase a physical Summoned x Saints product for the purpose of creating an unauthorized digital model, mold, reproduction, or derivative commercial product.
Nothing in these Terms restricts rights that cannot legally be restricted under applicable law.
16. PHOTOGRAPHS & SOCIAL MEDIA
Customers are welcome to photograph and share their purchased Summoned x Saints products for ordinary personal and noncommercial social media use.
Our product photographs, promotional images, website graphics, renders, and other original media may not be copied or used to advertise another business or product without permission.
Tagging or crediting Summoned x Saints when sharing our work is appreciated.
17. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our website or checkout experience may use or link to services operated by third parties, including payment processors, shipping carriers, marketplaces, social platforms, and other service providers.
Those services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for the independent operation, content, policies, availability, or security of third-party websites or services except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
18. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY
We work to keep our website and services available and accurate but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
We may update, suspend, modify, or discontinue portions of our website or services when reasonably necessary.
We do not guarantee that every product will remain continuously available.
19. PROHIBITED USE
You may not use our website, services, digital files, or content to engage in unlawful activity, commit fraud, interfere with website security, distribute malicious software, violate another person's rights, scrape or harvest content in violation of applicable law, or infringe Summoned x Saints intellectual property.
Unauthorized resale or redistribution of our digital products is prohibited.
20. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
To the extent permitted by applicable law, products and services are provided subject to the warranties and consumer protections that legally apply to the transaction.
We do not make guarantees regarding outcomes or uses beyond those expressly stated in our product descriptions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies warranties, consumer guarantees, or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
21. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Summoned x Saints will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or misuse of our products, website, digital files, or services.
Where liability may legally be limited, our aggregate liability relating to a particular purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.
22. INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold Summoned x Saints harmless from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of our services, violation of these Terms, infringement of another party's rights through materials you provide to us, or unauthorized commercial use or distribution of our intellectual property.
23. PRIVACY
Information collected through our website and store is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.
Third-party payment processors, marketplaces, shipping providers, and other services may separately collect and process information according to their own privacy policies.
24. POLICY CHANGES
We may update these Terms of Service as our products, services, policies, or legal requirements change.
The current version will be posted on our website with an updated revision date.
Changes apply prospectively as required by applicable law.
25. SEVERABILITY
